In 2011 I had the amazing opportunity to visit southeastern China for work. On one of our staff outings, I was fortunate to get to hike through one of China’s national parks. Although I took these pictures with my Canon Powershot, the quality is not bad. It’s too bad though that you can’t see the detail in the overexposed areas of these photos. I’d never seen so many endless rolling hills/mountains, one after the other. There must have been a dozen of them in plain sight. Unfortunately, the dynamic range of a camera is nothing compared to what the human eye can see.
